Hi, I’m Aubrie.

I’m your friendly neighborhood supermom next door (we’re everywhere!) who’s been to hell and back. After an abusive childhood full of addiction and mental illness, abusive relationships with narcissists, sexual trauma, tragic death, divorce, and learning to walk again after a serious accident, what finally brought me to my knees was my child’s years-long battle on a life-support machine living in a 5 year quarantine.

This once independent woman who’d traveled the world, lived on 3 continents, and had a glamorous career both in front of and behind the camera, was overweight, depressed, and suffering from PTSD and addiction. I truly thought my life was over. I felt trapped in a marriage and a life I didn’t want to be in, and I saw no way out that wouldn’t hurt my children. I believed the best days of my life were behind me, and I must be paying the price for past decisions, or past lives, or a cruel world run by a sadistic god, or all of the above. I swung between extremes of feeling like a zombie going through the motions of my responsibilities, flaming eruptions of rage, and engulfing shame. I was living for everyone else like I didn’t matter, “doing it for the children”, a martyr, a rescuer, a victim, and a persecutor. I felt trapped in a cycle that I couldn’t get out of no matter how hard I tried, prayed, or spent on therapy.

So how did I get where I am today? Liberated and living a life that I love, doing what I love, with the man I love. I tell you, it’s a miracle, and a result of my dedicated practice. My daughter’s life-saving transplant and healthy life are a miracle. My conscious uncoupling and coparenting are a miracle. My healed relationship with my mom after 20 years of estrangement is a miracle. Releasing my 20 year addiction and 40 pounds of excess weight is a miracle. Meeting my soulmate in my 40’s, healing our sexual trauma and intimacy wounds together and awakening into a multi-orgasmic Divine Union is a miracle. Living my purpose using my gifts and creating generational wealth for my family is a miracle. 

I have a peaceful, joyful mind that delights in daily communion with the Divine, the only authority in my life now, and my own inner well-spring of guidance, wisdom and healing. If I can have this, you can too. I am not special. I am courageous, dedicated, surrendered and teachable. And when you’ve reached the limits of your suffering and bullshit, you will be too. 

Your miracles are right here waiting for you on the other side of your limiting mind, on the other side of your story, your trauma, and your blocks to Love. Holding up your defenses and maintaining your illusions is hard. What is being offered to you is rest. And, miracles of Love and abundance that your current thinking can’t fathom possible.

Take a leap of faith. Come with me. I know the way because I have walked it, and I continue to walk it everyday. No one goes alone. We walk each other home.
